OPEN WATER SWIMS ON FRIDAY EVENINGS AT LAKE RAY HUBBARD
I Checked Lake Ray Hubbard and the lake is up and it looks good. Talked to some wind surfers. Checked the temp at the water's edge and it was 78 so I figure it is about 72 out where we swim. WET SUIT SWIMS these first couple of weeks. I'll be there with our kayak to go along with swimmers. If you have a spare wet suit that you are willing to loan, bring it. We have a couple of members who have not yet received their order. We start meeting at 6:00 pm. If you are not a current member of the club you will be asked to sign a waiver before swimming.
DIRECTIONS: Take I30 East and exit at ZION. Then turn right on ZION. Then turn left on Locust Drive and follow it as it winds to the lake. No dressing rooms so come dressed to swim.

The SMU outdoor pool is now open weekends and week days.
Weekday Noon to 4:30 pm
Saturday & Sunday Noon to 5:00 pm
$3 admission paid to the life guards
We will be swimming Sundays at 3:00pm.
DIRECTIONS: From Mockingbird enter the SMU campus by going north on Bishop. Binkley will be the first stop sign. PARKING: There is free parking in the covered garage that you will see as you enter the campus on the right just past the football practice field, before Brinkley and one block south of the pool.
